Marketing Manager - HR 210
POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing MASRI’s marketing and communications strategy. The role focuses on strengthening MASRI’s brand positioning, driving market visibility, and supporting business growth across the MENA region and international markets. This position requires a strategic leader with a strong understanding of B2B services, particularly in credit information, business intelligence, and risk advisory, who can translate market insights into impactful marketing initiatives.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with MASRI’s mission, vision, and long-term goals.
Enhance MASRI’s product and service visibility through targeted branding, positioning, and promotional initiatives.
Conduct market research to evaluate industry trends, customer needs, and brand perception.
Analyze competitors to determine market gaps, strengths, weaknesses, and potential opportunities.
Lead the development of the annual marketing business plan, including budget allocation and KPI setting.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead generation, client engagement, and market insights.
Represent MASRI in industry conferences, trade shows, and professional events to amplify brand credibility.
Oversee MASRI’s digital presence, including social media strategy, website content, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and marketing materials.
Manage vendor relationships, creative agencies, and third-party service providers.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to ensure continuous growth and high performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a marketing leadership or managerial role.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, analytics, and social media strategy.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
High level of strategic thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.

- Position Summary
The Associate - Market Development, is responsible for building and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with clients to support the development of the business.
- Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Provide insight into product and/or service development, competitive positioning and sales strategies.
Collaborate with superior and Company executives to determine the most viable and cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
Analyze clients’ feedback and their satisfaction with the Company’s products and services and identify areas of improvement and change for consideration by superior and Company’s executives.
Establish contact and meet potential clients face-to-face or virtually to present Company offerings and negotiate new business deals.
Develop and sustain solid relationships with company clients and stakeholders.
Issue new offers.
Manipulate the CRM to upload, extract and analyze clients’ information.
- Required Knowledge and Skills
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Marketing or alternative.
Five (5) to 8 (eight) years of experience in a similar role; an existing client portfolio in Lebanon and the MENA and GCC regions is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic. French is highly desired. Additional languages are a plus.
