POSITION SUMMARY
Under the guidance of the Deputy General Manager in charge of Business Development, the Market Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth across the Middle East, with a particular focus on the UAE and KSA. This role combines strategic vision with relationship-building skills to identify new opportunities, expand market presence, build client loyalty and develop tailored solutions that align with market demands ensuring that the Company remains competitive in a rapidly changing landscape.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Market Expansion: Proactively engage potential clients through in-person and virtual meetings to present offerings and secure new business partnerships.
Tailored Solutions: Develop and implement customized client solutions, addressing specific challenges within the UAE and KSA.
Market Insight and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on emerging trends and high-growth areas, providing strategic recommendations for market positioning and entry.
Strategic Business Development: Design a structured business development roadmap in alignment with Company growth objectives, prioritizing regions with the highest potential.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong connections with key executives, industry leaders, and government representatives to foster business partnerships and reinforce the Company's presence.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on KPIs, revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention to senior management, identifying insights for continuous improvement.
Team Leadership: Build a structured team as needed, mentoring members to foster collaboration, drive results, and support their professional growth.
Strategic Collaboration: Work with Company leadership and cross-functional teams to devise cost-effective approaches for new business initiatives and partnerships.
Drive Business Results: Achieve set targets for revenue and growth by developing and executing strategies that support the Company’s objectives in a highly competitive market.
Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback, implementing actionable recommendations to enhance client satisfaction and continuously improve Company offerings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 10–15 years in a similar role, with a proven client portfolio across Lebanon, and the GCC regions.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE and KSA market trends is a necessity.
Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand and leverage business insights to drive results.
Competencies: Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; a results-oriented mindset with strategic thinking and agility.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
Travel: Flexibility to travel regularly across the Middle East, primarily to the UAE and KSA.

- Position Summary
The role of the Senior Executive - Marketing & Communication is to enhance MASRI's brand image by developing a strategy of promotion that is aligned with the organization's vision, mission and values.
- Roles and Responsibilities
Enhance MASRI’s products/services and brand image.
Analyze the competition and the competitors’ strengths and weaknesses.
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends and brand awareness.
Understand the market needs and identify opportunities and threats.
Develop the yearly business plan of the marketing department.
Coordinate with the sales department to understand the market inclination.
Promote MASRI at trade shows and related events.
Manage MASRI’s social media accounts, including social media calendar
- Required Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Marketing or alternative.
A Master's Degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
Five (5) to 8 (eight) years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to network.
Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic. French is highly desired. Additional languages are a plus.

- Position Summary
The Associate - Market Development, is responsible for building and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with clients to support the development of the business.
- Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Provide insight into product and/or service development, competitive positioning and sales strategies.
Collaborate with superior and Company executives to determine the most viable and cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
Analyze clients’ feedback and their satisfaction with the Company’s products and services and identify areas of improvement and change for consideration by superior and Company’s executives.
Establish contact and meet potential clients face-to-face or virtually to present Company offerings and negotiate new business deals.
Develop and sustain solid relationships with company clients and stakeholders.
Issue new offers.
Manipulate the CRM to upload, extract and analyze clients’ information.
- Required Knowledge and Skills
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Development, Marketing or alternative.
Five (5) to 8 (eight) years of experience in a similar role; an existing client portfolio in Lebanon and the MENA and GCC regions is a plus.
